After getting up, I started feeling my heart with 1 hand and my pulse in my neck with the other, due to a very strange chest pressure I felt after standing. I took about 5 slow steps realized my heart was not beating/had no pulse the entire time. I quickly struggled to sit back on my bed. My heart fired back up in about 2 seconds, but very fast, slowing down within about a minute. (I also had head/ear pressure, darkening vision, a red, blotchy rash new balance 574 homme my chest that went away quickly).

I quickly sat back on my bed and my head felt intense pressure in the ears, head, and my vision went darker for a moment. Within about two seconds my heart "turned back on" and started racing until returning to normal. What is this?
